How do we establish an Adobe VIP account if my department does not have one?

Step 1: Send an email to with the following information: 

  • Department name, address, and the number of licenses
  • The name/email of the person who will be the department’s Adobe VIP Administrator. 

Step 2: The department’s Adobe VIP Administrator must accept the VIP invitation sent from Adobe. 

Step 3: Once the new department VIP agreement has been created, CDWG will send the information as well as the linked agreement form to the Rutgers Adobe Membership VIP Administrator for sign-off and processing.

Step 4: Once completed the department Adobe VIP Administrator will be notified and receive a quote from CDWG.

Step 5: The department will then process the requisition for CDWG.

Step 6: Once the order has been processed, Adobe will send the department Adobe VIP Administrator a welcome email with instructions on how to get started.
