Service Strategies Team

Focus:

Identifying and documenting key services offered by OIT. Investigating how OIT provides services to users and departments, and suggesting improvements to policies and procedures.

Deliverables:

Results:

The first phase of the team's work was identifying and documenting current services. This was done during the Spring and Summer of 1998. The result of this work was a new structure for the OIT web page.

The second phase was an analysis of current support procedures, and recommendations for improvements. This was done during the Spring of 1999.
